救命~~

今天练FD（kawat）的时候。。
踩到太大力竟然拉到筋了。。
痛到T.T
刚刚叫妈帮我搽了舒筋露。。
可是吼~~弄到我现在又辣又痛。。

真的很累。。
而且还欠CKH 1200++的star jump或跑圈。。
傻掉了~~不要再加了啦！！
想到都痛苦@.@
